How to Use

Please know that these cubes work wonderfully. They were prescribed to me by my chiropractor, Dr. Lee Yardley, and I use them internally for moisture. They have allowed me to enjoy my husband again without pinching dryness pain. I have never been so happy with complete results with a supplement.

I used twice a day for five days (Once during the day prone while watching some TV and the second time going to bed.) then once/day. The difference was noticed in a week and after feeling some strong side effects of tender breasts I cut back to bed time every other day. That seems the best for me.

I found it terribly difficult to get some honest answers for this common problem and now I'm one happy grandmother.
