This high B complex is of high quality. I have been taking it regularly and it helps with so many functions that the B's are known for. The thing about taking a B-100 is that your body will take/absorb what it needs and you'll urinate out the rest. Your urine will be a bit more yellow as a result. However, you know that you have taken the amount your body needs. You will feel an increase in energy/alertness, and sense of well being. A capsule or gel-cap version, like this one, is preferable over a tablet. They completely break down right away and bring the nutrients to you faster.
